Revenue that depends on a physical site being open, accessible and operating as expected.

Site-dependent revenue is exposed when access, utilities, labor or environmental conditions can prevent the site from functioning.

This term is common in hospitality, warehousing, processing and other physical operations, especially on the site-dependent-risk template.
